Worldwide Shipping
We are pleased to offer Worldwide Shipping to nearly every corner of the globe.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during peak holiday seasons.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs and Tracking
Calculation: Shipping costs are determined by the destination, the weight and size of the package, and the chosen shipping speed. The final shipping cost will be calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment.

Tracking: All shipments include tracking. The tracking number and carrier information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after the initial email.

Currency: All shipping charges are calculated and paid for in US Dollars (USD).

International Shipping
Please be aware of the following important points for international orders:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The customer is solely responsible for any and all import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country’s government. These charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost paid at checkout.

Declaration: We are required to declare the actual value of the product on all customs forms. We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or declare a lower value.

Delays: Customs processing times vary by country and may cause delays beyond the original estimated delivery window. Laneige is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Refusal of Shipment: If a customer refuses to accept a shipment due to unexpected import duties or taxes, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return shipping charges, and any customs fees incurred upon return.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.

Domestic (US): Typically 5-10 business days after shipment.

International: Can range from 10-30 business days after shipment, depending heavily on the destination country’s customs processing.
