At Laneige want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
Gift cards.
Items purchased from third-party retailers or unauthorized sellers.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must first contact us:
Contact Support: Email us at support@laneigesofficial.com with the subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
Provide Details: In your email, please include:
Your Order Number.
The item(s) you wish to return.
The reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Our support team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping instructions. Do not send your item back without an RMA number.
3. Shipping the Return
Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
Shipping Method: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item:
Inspection: We will notify you of the receipt and the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval: If the return is approved (meets the eligibility criteria in Section 1), we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. All refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD).
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Procedure: If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same product, please contact us immediately at support@laneigesofficial.com. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.
6. International Returns (Worldwide Shipping)
Customs Declaration: When returning items from outside the US, you must clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs declaration form. Failure to do so may result in the package being held in customs and returned to you, with associated charges deducted from any potential refund.
Duties and Taxes: Any duties, tariffs, or taxes paid upon the initial delivery in your country are non-refundable by Laneige. You may be able to reclaim these fees from your local customs authority.
